Jasmine Trammell

I’m Jasmine Trammell, an Associate Broker with ExecuHome Realty, and real estate is truly my passion. I’ve been involved in the industry in some capacity since I was 18 years old — from managing properties at Harborview Towers to helping first-time homebuyers achieve their dreams, guiding investors in building profitable portfolios, and assisting sellers in maximizing their property’s potential. Real estate has always been my home — spanning residential and commercial sales, leasing, and property management.

What I love most about real estate is the people. Every client’s story is unique, and being part of such an important chapter in their lives is incredibly rewarding. My goal is always to make the process as seamless, honest, and empowering as possible — whether I’m helping a buyer find their first home or supporting an investor expand their portfolio.

Since joining ExecuHome Realty in 2017, I’ve taken pride in providing professional, knowledgeable, and personalized service to every client. Real estate is more than just a career for me — it’s my purpose, my passion, and my way of helping others create lasting success through property ownership.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy skating, swimming, trying new foods, and most of all, spending time with my family — they truly shape my world. As a full-time Realtor, when I’m not “real estating” as I say, you can usually find me with my loved ones, recharging and creating memories that inspire me to keep doing what I love.
