Rashad Howell’s extensive knowledge and experience in the Baltimore/Washington Metropolitan (Metro) area provides him a unique view and understanding of local real estate market trends. Based in the Baltimore Metro area, Rashad is the expert to help you with all your home buying, selling and real estate investing needs in Maryland. 

As an agent with ExecuHome Realty, Rashad utilizes exclusive marketing tools to widely expose his listings across the internet, showing each property to its best advantage and ensuring each home stands apart from its competition. Rashad earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems with a concentration in Programming from Shepherd University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), which provides the solid background on which his career is built. Despite Rashad’s extensive education and experience, he frequently attends training in order to stay on the cutting edge of the real estate industry. 

Mr. Howell holds memberships in several local and state real estate organizations, including the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Prince George's County Association of REALTORS (PGCAR), Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Investors Association (MAREIA), and Metropolitan Regional Information System (MRIS) Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Rashad feels that being a REALTOR® is about more than simply joining professional associations; he believes REALTORS® should be involved in their communities as well. Rashad serves his community in many capacities from assisting youth basketball organizations to volunteering his time at Garrison Forest School (GFS) events. 

Rashad understands the stresses and hassles involved in the buying, selling, real estate investing and relocation process and strives to alleviate these concerns for his clients. In his free time, Rashad enjoys spending time with family watching movies at local AMC Theaters, taking morning drives through Garrison, MD and Worthington Valley, and eating at Great Sage in Columbia, MD or Khepra’s Raw Food Juice Bar in the District of Columbia.
