I’m Keiry Martinez. I’m a Baltimore Realtor® and private lender with a serious love for real estate and an even bigger passion for helping people build wealth through it. I’ve spent years working across sales, lending, property management, and investing, and that mix of experience lets me look at every deal from all angles: the numbers, the strategy, and the long-term play.

I work with everyone from first-time homebuyers to seasoned homeowners and investors, and I genuinely love helping people navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Whether I’m guiding someone through buying their first home or helping an owner make smart moves with their current property, I’m all in every step of the way.

I’ve helped grow multi-million-dollar lending portfolios, managed renovation projects, and supported investors from their very first deal to full-blown portfolios. Whether I’m structuring a loan, analyzing comps, negotiating a contract, or walking someone through their options, my goal is always the same: make the process clear, smooth, and profitable.

I’m big on transparency, communication, and keeping things real. Real estate can be stressful; I try to make it feel a lot less like chaos and a lot more like opportunity.

When I’m not working deals, I’m usually traveling, spending time with my kids, or finding new coffee shops to claim as “my spot.”
