In addition, she specializes in working with Sellers/Listings, First-Time Home Buyers, Veterans and relocating families nationwide. Tomeka is experienced with closing both residential and commercial deals. She is currently a member of the Prince Georges County Association of Realtors (PGCAR)
Member of The Morgan State University Alumni Association, The National Association of Realtors, Maryland Realtors, and Life Member with the Real Estate Million Dollar Association (REMDA). Tomeka also belongs to The Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors where she currently served as the 2019 – 2020 Vice-Chair of the Equal Opportunities Committee.
She is partnered with 5 housing counseling agencies throughout Central and Southern Maryland, where she teaches First-Time Homebuyer Education Workshops.
She is the recent recipient 2020 Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors President Award for her work in serving/educating in underserved communities. In addition, she is the recipient of Homesnap’s 2020 Excellence in Client Service Award, the 2021 Most Prominent Agent Award, and the 2022 Fastest Growing Agent Award.
