Martin Tippet

Martin Tippet began his real estate business as a young investor buying his first house at just 21 years old.  Never afraid to adapt and change, he was able to leverage technology to outpace many of his competitors at that time.  They were still faxing offers back then!  Over the years Martin has bought and sold over 250 homes, including his portfolio of multifamily real estate.   He has always lived by the ZigZiglar quote “If you help enough people get what they want, you will get what you want.”  

For 5 years Martin was one of the top agents at his brokerage firm, and has always been well liked and respected by clients and coworkers.  But he didn’t do it all by himself!  In fact, that is one of Martin’s biggest keys to success; partnering with great people and helping others to reach their full potential.  Seeing in people what they have not seen in themselves yet.  Helping to build a successful team and see individuals grow is more fulfilling than money. 

A large portion of Martin's time is spent in service to others with the nonprofit housing project he co-founded, Gratitude Foundation. The Gratitude Foundation was founded to provide a supportive, safe, and clean structured housing program for adults recovering from substance use disorder, co-occurring mental health issues, and other challenges. The Gratitude Foundation’s Feel Deal Heal Program aims to reduce existing gaps in services and help assist individuals in becoming fully self-supporting and productive members of society.  The success stories show that great change is possible and a little hope can go a long way. 

Continuing to change and adapt with the times, Martin and his team are purchasing Apartment Buildings, large Multifamily Commercial projects, and building veteran housing, while helping investors build wealth through tax preferred strategies.  Moving into larger and more complex transactions has been a natural progression for him over the last 16+ years in real estate.  A natural born leader with a true passion for the real estate industry, and team builder, Martin now has more people than ever to bring together.  You can achieve passive profits from real estate too,  he would love to hear from you, to see what can be built together.
